Election of Directors.

 

There were 7 candidates for the 3 vacancies and the Trust had for the first time carried out a postal vote. The results of this postal vote had been verified by the Vicar of St Bartholomew’s that very morning. Ballot papers had been handed out at the commencement of the meeting. The results on the night plus the postal votes were as follows:

In total over 200 members had voted i.e. more than 50% of the membership
